Veterinarian
Dr. Aquino grew up in Tampa, Florida where she aspired to be a veterinarian since elementary school. Dr. Aquino attended the University of South Florida and got a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Following this she attended University of Tennessee for Vet school. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her chihuahua and reading.
What led Dr. Aquino to the vet field? Ever since she visited Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park in first grade, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. Growing up around her grandfather’s farm gave he rthe love for animals of all kinds and inspired her to pursue a career caring for them.
