This will begin our 7th year of having high school students enrolled in the vet assisting program. The students work in our clinic to gain experience toward their clinical application to earn their certification.
Megann Myers was our first student to begin the program; she was hired by our clinic after completing her certification. We have since employed several other students: Heather Weeks, Lily Botts, Casey Phillips, Savanna Wells, Arianna Minnie, and Cameron Meyer.
We currently have five new volunteers shadowing our experienced team. You may see new faces, eager to learn, when you visit the clinic!
