Joey Frangione

Joseph “Joey” Frangione was born in Dunedin, FL and grew up in Spring Hill, FL. Joey’s passion for animals started with his first dog, Pikachu, at the age of 3 years old. At his elementary school career day, he went as a veterinarian and announced that’s what he wanted to be be when he grew up. As his family gained more animals throughout the years, his passion for animals grew.

After high school graduation, wanting to follow in his Dad’s footsteps, Joey joined the Florida Army National Guard, and eventually switched to the active duty Army. After returning home to Spring Hill, Joey decided to fulfill his passion for animals, and started volunteering at Animal Medical Center of Brooksville. Which soon turned into employment.

Joey has an incredible corgi named Sammy. He enjoys traveling, taking Sammy to the dog park, reading autobiographies, watching movies, playing soccer, and following all the Tampa Bay sports teams.
